Salanova® Cook RZ is a green oak multileaf lettuce. It is a member of the Salanova family; with just one cut at the base, the lettuce separates into numerous tasty, ready-to-eat, evenly proportioned baby-size leaves, which is an advantage for consumers, chefs and the fresh-cut industry alike. Cook RZ has small, glossy, dark green leaves with a nicely lobed shape. The head is attractive and firm. Cook RZ is recommended for many regions and is suitable for indoor or outdoor cultivation and hydroponics.
